Remarks & Notes
In Nov. 1985, the Rio Grande closed 23.69 miles of its Subdivision 7 mainline between Woods Cross and Roy. By 1988, the diamond was removed where Union Pacific's Syracuse Branch crossed the D&RGW near the Freeport Center. Today this former D&RGW right of way is a 23 mile trail owned by the Utah Transit Authority.
