| Unlike Soo Line employees who almost unanimously detested GE U30C's, the WC employees(a fairly large percentage of which had worked for other RR's and were more accustomed to U-boats) didn't seemingly have issues with the well maintained LS&I U-boats that were leased for WC service during most winters. This is a second train 35 with LS&I 3009 and WC 6509 eastbound at 40mph with 42 cars. |
