| The new "Voralpenexpress" (VAE) since change of timetable: Extended compositions with locomotives top and tail, so eliminating the expensive pusher service on the heavy grades of 5.0 % when additional cars had to be added. Electric railcars RBDe 561 083 "Richterswil-Samstagern" (former RBDe 566 079) and 082 (former RBDe 566 078) with VAE 2416 from St.Gallen to Lucerne near Altmatt. |
