Remarks & Notes

The Empire Builder running just over 10 hours takes the west leg of the wye at DL Switch transitioning from the Devils Lake subdivision to the Hillsboro subdivision. In a matter of meters the train will be at the Grand Forks station platform.

The wide open spaces of the Dakotas, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma have little service - one train for the entire state. South Dakota has none.
