Remarks & Notes
A moment in time at Cumberland... As passengers board the eastbound Capitol Limited at the former site of B&O's Cumberland Station, the Queen City platform comes to life.. An exited young child, tightly gripping his stuffed animal negotiates the step stool as he climbs aboard a Superliner coach for the remainder of the trip east to our Nation's Capital. Utilizing the designated smoking stop in Cumberland, an adult passenger finishes smoking as the train prepares for a departure east across B&O's Magnolia Cutoff to Hancock, Martinsburg, and east along the Potomac.
