| 630 is an impressive machine, but she still needed assistance on the mainline with the 21st Century Steam programs run from Chattanooga to Oneida TN. on 11-10-2013. The diesels did a lot of the work for sure, and not once did we ever catch 630 with a dirty stack, but steam on mainline that hadn't seen any since the early '90s was still a thrill none the less. |
