For the second time (I believe), the Norfolk Southern F-Units have arrived in Jacksonville on Blue Ribbon Special 950. Unlike the first time, when the train went on FEC trackage, today the train turned in the wye and headed back toward Altoona after a good fuel-up. Tons of railfans from Florida and Georgia have gathered to watch the action, more than I have ever seen before in one cluster at Simpson Yard.
