| SOU Ry. No. 83 is leaving D-251 territory at Fetner (Cary,NC) shared with SCL for 8.1 miles from this location to Raleigh Tower. D-251 provided for trains to operate on this section of double track on signal indication but only with the current of traffic designated for each track. SOU owned and maintained the northward track, while SCL owned and maintained the southward track. |
