Ja 1275 heads Mainline Steam Northlander excursion north up the 2% Topuni bank between Te Hana and Kaiwaka. The train will pass through 13 tunnels on the 200Km line to New Zealand's most northern city, Whangarei. The locomotive was built in 1951 by North British, Glasgow, Scotland.
