Remarks & Notes
The beautiful Montana countryside is bathed in full moon light as an eastbound BNSF coal train streaks its way through Lombard Canyon and along the Missouri River on Montana Rail Link's 2nd Subdivision. The camera's shutter was open before the train could be seen in the distance on the left and was closed after it disappeared around the last bend on the right in this 542 second-long exposure.
