| The Conrail OI-16 transfer job from Oak Island (Newark) to Browns Yard (Sayreville) has just pulled off the Chemical Coast Secondary and has moved westbound onto the Port Reading Secondary. After pulling across Blair Road CSXT 8829 and NS 3426 are now pushing in reverse to deliver some of its cars to Port Reading Yard. This is a fairly routine maneuver for OI-16, however the train usually isn’t long enough to require crossing Blair Rd. This crossing is in a “quiet zone" and is equipped with a stationary or "wayside" horn. |
