Making a triumphant return to service, the Reading and Northern's 4-6-2 pacific #425 blasts out of the Jim Thorpe yard with the last train of the day. 425 spent 2 days at the Steamtown Railfest, over Labor Day weekend, then on Labor Day Monday R&N decided that they would run 425 on there Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway for the day!
After being out of service for 2 years and 10 months, it is certainly great to have the 425 back in operation!
