| LSE 23 slowly trundles down the short street running segment of the Bagnell Ind Lead at W McCarty and Bolivar Streets. The shot was taken from the on ramp to US Hwy 54/63 with the help of one of Jefferson City's finest who blocked off a lane for me to get the shot safely! |
