Remarks & Notes

John was in Davenport for a 3-week training at the RI Arsenal in 1967 and took advantage of his off time to capture images around the area. In the small town of Geneseo the Golden State Ltd. is at or near the century mark as it scorches the ballast heading through town westbound. The approach to The BN crossing at Colona will be encountered in short order. This consist was seen pulling the eastbound train through the day prior, and was uploaded here earlier.
