A small fleet of motorcoaches awaits in Banff as the eastbound Rocky Mountaineer slows down for the approach to the station, passing between the Bow River and Vermillion Lakes after sunset while the happy glow of tourists bathes the marshes by the railway. On November 15, 2013, I proposed to my girlfriend at this exact spot. =D!
