| The backbone of UP's diesel locomotive fleet from the late 1970s into the mid-1980s were the GE C30-7 and the EMD SD40-2. A well maintained pair are serviced and ready to earn revenue for Uncle Pate at Provo Yard on January 23, 1993. |
