Unfortunately the weather did not play along for this rare occasion when two of PRASA's brand new Class 18E main line passenger haulers, 18-431 & 18-430, visited Kelso on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast. They had been working a special ballast train down the South Coast - the line maintained by Metrorail, which falls under the PRASA (Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa) umbrella.
