| The last time I photographed No. 40 at the Georgetown Loop - my favorite locomotive there - was on a hot afternoon in September 2002. Here's the little 2-8-0 steaming over the Devils Gate with an afternoon train heading back to Silver Plume. The engine lives on today at the Colorado Railroad Museum. |
