Remarks & Notes
The Utah Railway Company is in the business of hauling crude oil, trucked to Helper from the Uintah Basin and hauled by rail to refineries in North Salt Lake. Some of the crude is shipped east of Helper by rail, refined into edible wax for chewing gum. 20 empties head back to Helper for reloading under the watchful eye of 11,749 ft. Mt. Timpangogos.
