A worker for Engineers Construction Inc. (ECI) is cutting a section of rail to fit in a new panel track replacement for a crossing project in St. Albans, Vermont, while in the distance the NECR 437 is seen tied onto the chip train, symbol 500, awaiting the arrival back on of the NECR GP40CU 3809 and 809.
