| With the sun about to slip below the skyline the sky glows with the last rays of sunlight as the classic old SP cantilever signal bridge carries on its duties protecting the Sandcut cross-over. One day soon the sun will set on all the remaining searchlight signals, taking with them the last traces of the Espee and Santa Fe era on the mountain. |
