A Roanoke based crew disembarks from the cab of NS F9(A) No. 4270 as an Office Car Special arrives into Bluefield from points east. The Bluefield based train crew will soon board the head end and prepare for their afternoon inspection trip west across the former Norfolk & Western mainline to Williamson.
