| The Kelly Lake local makes a special and somewhat rare delivery consisting of one coal load to the Hibbing Public Utilities on a cold and snowy February morning. The utility burns bio-mass for the most part but every now and again it receives a carload of reject coal to burn just to heat things up and clean things out.
