Remarks & Notes
Rio Grande engineer Glade Collard has a clear signal to enter the mainline off the Tintic Branch at Springville on Sept. 18, 1987. This run of train No. 665 happens to include the first haul of dolomite from Keigley for the newly reopened Geneva Steel plant in Vineyard. The grain empties on the head end were retrieved at Spanish Fork on the return trip.
