NS 188 dashes through a snowy scene at Falls Mills, Va., with Norfolk Southern's Penn Central heritage motor on the point. The train has almost completed its run across the grueling grades of the former Norfolk & Western Pocahontas District, and will soon receive a new crew before proceeding toward Roanoke and eventually Linwood, N.C.
