Remarks & Notes
Rio Grande train #664 backs into the siding at Elberta with six loads of grain for the LDS church welfare farm elevator. Elberta was the furthest Rio Grande trains ventured along the 32 mile Tintic Branch after the Burgin gold mine shut down in 1985.
