| Olivet Ascending [Hike About Los Angeles Series] - Angels Flight is a funicular railway located on Bunker Hill in Downtown Los Angeles. It consists of two funicular cars named Sinai and Olivet. The railway has operated at two different locations starting in 1901, with the with tracks connecting Hill Street and Olive Street. It was closed in 1969, when that location was cleared for redevelopment and reopened to the south in 1996 with tracks connecting Hill Street and California Plaza. |
