The passengers on this 8 hour late Amtrak 19 must be miserable but I couldnt have been happier. The train had suffered delays from the snow, engine problems and striking a trespasser in Virginia. All of these coincided to allow for this rare shot of the Phase IV heritage unit leading through Buford as the dark clouds give way to bright sunshine.
