| The Kelly Lake local finishes putting the train back together after delivering one carload of coal to the HPU plant. This plant (started in 1894 and serving from it's present location since 1919) used to get much more coal by rail in it's heyday then it went to accepting coal delivery by truck and then it was converted to burning bio-mass to produce the steam and electricity used for parts of the city. |
