Hagerstown, MD 1/26/2013 - Snow flurries fall over the south end of Norfolk Southern's Vardo Yard as a relic of the Norfolk & Western Railway stands quiet gaurd to ward off locals crossing the tracks from a footpath in the woods. Even with plenty of infrastructure upgrades along the "H-Line" such as tie replacemnt and signal modernization well underway, this artifact of years gone by may find itself untouched for a long to come.
