Norfolk Southern hopper train No. 77A rolls west into the snowy yard situated in Bluefield, W.Va., to tie its train down, remove the motors, and take them to the fueling pad. Roughly 36 hours previous, a snow storm had dumped nearly a foot of snow in Bluefield and several inches still remain in the coal cars underneath the photographer.
