| NS Chicago to Ayer intermodal MOAY (22K, 934) is near the crest of the grade out of the Hudson River valley as it approaches the Rt 67 overpass and a series of curves during the start of an early winter snowstorm. The lead unit still sports a Christmas wreath on the front handrails. This is the steepest part of the moderate grade out of Mechanicville and a favorite location for pictures of B&M trains in the 60's and 70's. |
