| With its 8-ft diameter Santa Fe “circle-cross” herald looking almost as good as the day when it was applied to this waycar, this familiar form of the Santa Fe logo hasn’t changed too much since it first began to appear on the sides of the Bx-76 class of boxcars in 1958. Prior that, the circle-cross was enclosed in a black square hosting a slightly different font than seen here and started to be used on the Santa Fe in 1901. |
