| Train 685 is seen here working hard climbing Stockton Hill. This is the last location where the road and rails parallel each other during this climb out of the river valley. The tracks snake south and later reconnect with Hwy. 14 on the west side of Lewiston, MN. This is a very scenic area with the road and rails winding through the river bluffs with many of them cut away for the road to work its way through. |
