Probably the last place one might expect to find BNSF six axle power is a lightly used branchline in Utah's Salt Lake Valley. June 22, 1999 offered this unique photo opportunity when power short Utah Railway recruited the trio of big motors with 29 cars for Kenecott Copper Corp. in Magna. The RUT310 is rambling northward through the diminishing dry wheat fields of West Jordan.
