Remarks & Notes

After meeting Amtrak's eastbound California Zephyr in the passing siding, Rio Grande's Railblazer departs Riverton for the intermodal terminal at Roper Yard. I really liked the variety of power on this particular train #103: a GP40-2, a GP30, and an SD45. Not too bad for the year 1989.
