| Getting a decent shot of a freight in solid sun has been a frustrating challenge during the last few weeks in upstate NY. Stubborn low clouds have refused to budge over the region during this late fall. However, I was finally able to capture this early morning empty hopper train led by a 'Sponge Bob' Dash 3 southbound on the River Sub for the Port of Baltimore. The train is much longer than normal due to the backlog of cars from the disruption from Sandy along the coast. |
