Remarks & Notes

A 98 car empty sludge train is on its way back to Ft Edward, NY for more loads of PCB tainted mud from the Hudson River dredging project. The train came off the CSX at Kenwood Yard at the Port of Albany, NY and is NB crossing the Mohawk River at 4:20pm.
