| Amtrak's southbound Vermonter train crosses the White River in Royalton, Vermont, on the trip toward White River Junction. A little more than a year ago, Hurricane Irene swelled the White River to the point that the water here was flowing OVER the railroad bridge. Amtrak Phase I 156 leads the train on crisp first day of fall. |
