| Across the Willamette. A yard transfer with 2 veteran EMDs in charge head across Steel Bridge. The bridge is the only double-deck bridge with independent lifts in the world, while being the second oldest drawbridge in North America. Pedestrians and bikers can use the walkway on the lower level to cross the river and avoid the car and light rail on the upper level. |
