| With very little to do but wait out the summer months, Rio Grande Russell snow plow X-67 glows in Aspen Gold paint at D&RGW's Minturn Yard. This single track Russell was one of a kind on Grande's roster, built new for the D&RGW in January 1950. I spotted the X-67 looking much the same in UP's Glenwood Springs yard while riding on Amtrak's California Zephyr in July 2010. |
