The Royal Canadian Pacific: As someone who grew up flipping through the pages of "Nicholas Morant's Canadian Pacific," the idea of shooting an A-B-A set of CP F-units leading a passenger train always seemed like a distant railfan fantasy. But thanks to being at the right place at the right time and pure dumb luck, I was able to lens the Royal Canadian Pacific on Aug. 25, 2012. After a quick stop in Fernie, British Columbia, "Passenger 4107 West" rounds the curve at Elko, on its way to Cranbrook for the night.
