| Rio Grande SD7 #5302 enjoys a little down time on the service rail at Helper Yard. The D&RGW purchased five new SD7s from Electro Motive in May 1953. Already 24 years of age by 1977, the 5302 would survive on the roster 14 additional years before retirement and sale to National Railway Equipment of Dixmoor, Illinois by November 1991. |
