From a Cessna at 900' over the Hudson, here is a midday aerial of Hoboken Terminal on July 2nd, 2012. This terminal is surprisingly compact. On the ground it seems large; from the air, it becomes apparent how crowded it really is. Note also that the ferry slips are back in use, with NY Waterway ferries parked at some of the improved docks.
