On July 2, 2012, the Norfolk Southern Office Car Special (OCS) with good friend Bill Crisp at the throttle is at full speed through the Sangamon County village of Dawson on the Springfield-Hannibal District. The train (out of Altoona, Pa.) is deadheading west for Kansas City, Mo., to pick up CEO Wick Moorman as well as other NS employees, and will run back east in a few days.
