| The C57 were graceful little engines. It has been a long time, but I believe this is a Sasebo to Nagasaki local approaching the junction at Haiki where the branch to Sasebo joins the mainline to Nagasaki. It was all steam around Sasebo in 1963, even though the bullet train line was under construction out of Tokyo. |
