Remarks & Notes |
AMTK 145, the 40th Anniversary Phase III Heritage locomotive, proudly "struts her stuff" as she glides past the Arrow Box Factory at Leffingwell Avenue with the westbound "Missouri River Runner." In less than a minute she will make her routine station stop in Kirkwood. Fortunately the sun crept out from behind a large cloud just in time to make this photo possible--I was doing a bit of nail biting while waiting!! This is the first Amtrak 40th Anniversary Heritage locomotive I know of that has made an appearance in Kirkwood. Nikon D200 |
