Clear Signal, Clear Moon... A clear signal indicates a fast approaching Southbound Coal train headed towards Augusta, Georgia is nearing as a beautiful full moon luminates the night sky over the signal bridge at Salak located at the South End of CSX's Maxwell Yard.
