Remarks & Notes

Rounding the curve and popping out of the fog just east of Monolith, California, is BNSF Railway train M-RICBAR1-09A (Regular Merchandise, Richmond CA to Barstow CA). There is a nice variety of power heading this train: Dash 9-44CW 4106 (with a pair of large antennas on the roof), SD60M 8113, ES44DC 7405, GP39-2 2836, GP60Ms 120 and 156 (and on the rear, SD60M 8199 and Dash 9-44CW 5321).
