| New England Central Railroad GP38 3847 rolls into White River Junction, VT on the engine storage track with a passenger extra, as out of sight C&G Surfacing crews and the RailWorks Tie Gang have begun the 2012 ARRA HSR work on the NECR Roxbury Main. The passenger extra had been used in Montpelier, VT on April 4 for Rail Day at the State House functions and includes Green Mountain Railroad equipment and the SLRG full-length dome 508.
